2023 CAF Awards: Mimi Fawaz & El Hadji Diouf reunites for golden carpet duties in Marrakesh

Mimi Fawaz, the accomplished Nigerian-Lebanese sports journalist and show presenter, joins forces with football legend El Hadji Diouf to grace the golden carpet at the Movenpick Hotel, the prestigious venue for the 2023 CAF Awards in the enchanting city of Marrakesh, Morocco.

Fawaz, currently a notable figure on BBC World News, BBC Africa, and BBC Sports, brings her seasoned expertise to the CAF Awards once again.
Having co-hosted the events in Nigeria in 2017 and 2011, she now ventures into new territory as a co-presenter in the groundbreaking CAF TV studio at this year’s awards.
For the first time ever CAF will have a TV studio on the gold carpet where we’ll be interviewing the stars at the awards.
