2024/25 NWFL Premiership MD1 match officials revealed

Ahead of the opening matchday encounters of the 2024/2025 Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership on Wednesday, the match officials for the eight games are now known.

Eight games will take place across two groups with the official opening match being defending champions, Edo Queens facing Abia Angels at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.

Edwin Okon will return to Port Harcourt with the newly promoted Ibom Angels to face his former team, Rivers Angels, in one of two South-South derbies.

Two former league winners, Bayelsa Queens, and Delta Queens, will trade tackles in the second South-South derby.
