2024 WAFCON: Esther Onyenezide thrilled with Super Falcons qualification

Nigeria midfielder, Esther Onyenezide is thrilled to see the national team sealing their qualification to the next WAFCON in Morocco.

The Super Falcons battered Cape Verde 7-1 on aggregate win to cement a place at the next WAFCON.

Onyenezide said she’s elated to contribute to Nigeria’s qualification to the next WAFCON in Morocco.

The Robo Queens midfielder is relishing the challenges ahead in the race to represent Nigeria in subsequent matches.

“Thrilled to contribute to Nigeria’s qualification for the Morocco 2024 Women’s African Cup of Nations,” Onyenezide was quoted from her official Twitter handle.

“A journey filled with hard work and determination. Excited for the challenges ahead and representing our nation with pride! Grateful.”

Onyenezide played her part in the Super Falcons qualification to the next WAFCON in Morocco as she came on in the second half and added more bite to the game.
