2025 AFCONQ: Rwanda announces provisional squad for Super Eagles clash

The Rwanda senior men’s national team released a 30-player provisional roster to face Libya and Nigeria.

Ahead of Matchday five and six encounters which will conclude the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Qualification, Rwanda unveiled their initial squad.

Four goalkeepers, 10 defenders, eight midfielders, and eight forwards made the cut.

In need of a win against Libya on Matchday five as the Amavubis occupy the third position with five points after four games.

Nigeria topped Group D of the qualifiers with 10 points ahead of Benin Republic which has six points.

The Super Eagles will face Benin Republic away from home on November 14 before ending their qualification campaign against Rwanda on
18.

The top two teams from each groups at the end of the qualifiers will make it to the next AFCON in Morocco.
