Alex Iwobi Shortlisted for Premier League Goal of the Month for March

Fulham’s Alex Iwobi has been shortlisted for the Premier League Goal of the Month award for March following a stunning strike in the club’s 2–1 home victory over London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

The Nigerian international scored a brilliant long-range, side-footed finish from outside the box in the 34th minute, earning widespread praise and a nomination for the award. This season, Iwobi has contributed four goals and three assists in 23 appearances for the Cottagers.

Nottingham Forest’s Morgan Gibbs-White earned two nominations for his strikes against Brighton & Hove Albion and Manchester City, while his teammate Elliot Anderson made the shortlist for a spectacular long-range effort against City. Other nominees include William Osula (Newcastle United), Bernardo Silva (Manchester City), Iliman Ndiaye (Everton), and John McGinn (Aston Villa).

The winner will be decided through a combination of public votes and expert panel input, giving fans a chance to have their say in who takes home the prestigious award.
