2025 NBSL MD 7 wrap: Kada BSC hit Seven, Anambra BSW edge Ibom BSC as Round Two concludes in Nnewi

The second round of the 2025 Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) came to an exciting close at the Moonshine Arena, Nnewi High School, Anambra State on Saturday.

Kada BSC, champions in 2022, maintained their unbeaten start to the season with a commanding 7-1 win over Jigawa Golden Star BSC.

Man of the Match Dozie Frank led the charge with four goals, while James Mamman, Victor Tale, and Ebuka James were also on target for Kada.

In the day’s other standout clash, hosts Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors thrilled the home crowd with a 4-2 victory over Ibom BSC.

Goals from Chinedu Ichoku, Peter Prosper, Austine Eze, and Momo Miracle sealed the win for the Warriors, with Miracle’s all-round display earning him the Man of the Match award.

Uwana Aniete and Effiong Eyo netted for Ibom BSC.

Meanwhile, defending champions Kebbi BSC returned to winning ways with a professional 3-0 victory against Nmanko Patigi BSC, underlining their determination to remain in the title race.
