Kano Pillars’ assistant coach, Gambo Mohammed, has confirmed that his team is both mentally and physically prepared for their rescheduled Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) clash against Enyimba FC.

The Pyramid Boys will host the Peoples’ Elephants in a highly anticipated Matchday 14 encounter at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano on Thursday.

Mohammed, who has played in several similar fixtures as a player, emphasized that the Usman Abdallah-led side is determined to give their best in order to secure all three points.

“It’s going to be a good match for us. We’ve done everything necessary to be in good shape for it, and everyone is ready for the match with Enyimba,” Mohammed stated on X.

Kano Pillars are currently in ninth place on the NPFL table with 25 points, while Enyimba sits just above them in seventh position with 27 points.
