NBSL 2026 Round One Fixtures Unveiled

The fixtures for the 2026 Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) Round One have been released ahead of Matchday One, with teams bracing for an exciting start on Friday in Sallah celebration atmosphere for the fans to enjoy the opening of the new NBSL season.

Action kicks off with three fixtures, including a clash involving BAM Projects Beach Soccer Club (BSC) and Jigawa BSC. Also in action, 2022 champions Kada BSC will face Niger BSC, while record holders Kebbi Fishers BSC take on Ibom BSC in another standout tie.

On Saturday, defending champions Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors begin their title defence against Ibom BSC. The day will also feature more thrilling encounters, including Niger BSC versus Jigawa Golden Stars BSC, Anambra BSW against Kada BSC, and a highly anticipated Kebbi derby between Kebbi Fishers BSC and BAM Projects BSC.

The final matchday on Sunday promises more excitement, with Jigawa Golden Stars BSC taking on Kada BSC, while Niger BSC face Ibom BSC. BAM Projects BSC will battle Anambra BSW, and Kebbi Fishers BSC square up against Kada BSC in a clash of former champions.

This season marks the sixth edition of the league since its inception in 2021. Kebbi Fishers BSC remain the most successful side with three titles (2021, 2023, 2024), while Kada BSC (2022) and Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors (2025) have each lifted the trophy once.

With top teams set to collide, fans can expect an action-packed opening round of beach soccer.
