‘We are not celebrating’ – Ambruse Vanzekin not getting carried away by Insurance form

Bendel Insurance Goalkeeper trainer, Ambruse Vanzekin is very happy with the incredible campaign of his side on their return to the Nigeria Premier Football League this season.
The former Nigeria youth international has been impressive in goal as his side Insurance seats on top of Group A standing with 33 points, which guaranteed their place in the NPFL Super Six.
The Benin Arsenal are yet to taste defeat this season after 17 games and the former Flying Eagles shotstopper is excited about his team’s achieving their first objective this season.
“We are even surprised and thank God for the position we are today,” Vanzekin told Brila FM.
“We have worked very hard towards it. We are not celebrating now till the end and focusing on the current league till it ends.
“It’s when the league end that we can start celebrating in Jesus’ name.”
Monday Odigie’s side has won eight games with nine draws after 17 games and they will end its regular season campaign with an away clash against relegated Nasarawa United this week.
