Rasheedat Ajibade reveals aims of her newly established foundation

Nigeria playmaker, Rasheedat Ajibade has revealed the aims of her recently launched foundation.

The Athletico Madrid striker joins a host of super stars to have a foundation that’s dedicated to positively impacting lives of kids in Nigeria.

Revealing the foundation through her verified handle on X, Ajibade said, she wants to use sport education and advocacy to build a bright future for kids in Nigeria.

The Super Falcons midfielder added, she has nurtured the dream of having a foundation of her own for awhile and the Rasheedat Ajibade Foundation will be dedicated to giving back to the society.

“I believe that through sports, education, and advocacy, we can create a brighter future for boys and girls in Nigeria,” she said.

“It has been a long time coming, and I am very happy to finally announce and launch the establishment of the Rasheedat Ajibade foundation.

“The Rasheedat Ajibade foundation is my heartfelt commitment to giving back to my community and country.”

Ajibade was the saving grace for the Super Falcons as her goal denied Ethiopia of an upset in the Olympics qualifiers.
