Paris 2024 Olympic Qualifiers: Time and where to watch Nigeria vs Ethiopia

By Monsurah Olatunji

The Nigerian senior women’s national team will play their first game in the country since their exploits at the Women’s World Cup as they will be trading tackles with Ethiopia for a chance in the next qualifying round of the 2024 Olympic Games scheduled for Paris in France.
When the two nations met in Addis Ababa last week Wednesday, Nigeria forced the East Africans to a 1-1 draw.
The Super Falcons who are still without their Head Coach Randy Waldrum for the game will be wary of the stubborn Ethiopians, however, as the last time they qualified for the Olympic Games was 15 years ago in 2008.
Aside from Waldrum, the Super Falcons will miss the experience of senior members of the team including Ashleigh Plumptre, Onome Ebi, Halimotu Ayinde, and Osinachi Ohale.
Meanwhile, Ethiopia’s delegation arrived in Abuja on Sunday, ahead of Tuesday’s Paris 2024 Olympics second round, second leg qualifying match.
The winner on aggregate will play the winner of the Cameroon and Uganda match for a spot in the qualification series’ final round as only two slots are available for CAF representatives.
The game between the Super Falcons and Ethiopia is set for the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 4 PM Nigerian time and be available on the YouTube account of the Nigeria Football Federation and Ethiopia Football Federation YouTube account.
