AFCON: Angola star Gelson Dala eyes historic quarterfinal win against Nigeria

Angola star, Gelson Dala has set his eyes on emerging victory against Nigeria at the quarter final of the 2023 Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) in Abidjan on Friday.
The Angolans boast of an array of goals in the ongoing tournament by scoring nine goals in four game including an impressive 3-0 victory in their round of 16 tie against Namibia.
Dala said they will fight and make life hard for the Super Eagles while counting on the Palancas Negras fans support to win the game.
“We will fight and make life hard for them. With our fans, we believe we can win,” Dala was quoted by CAF.
Angola surprisingly came top in group D ahead of Angola, Burkina Faso, Mauritania and Algeria.
The Palancas Negras last appeared in the quarter final of the AFCON in 2010.
