AFCON-bound Terem Moffi steals the show for Nice

AFCON-bound Nigeria striker, Terem Moffi came off the bench to steal the show with a fantastic brace as Nice defeated Lens 2-0 to return to winning ways on Wednesday night.
The Nigerian international was the star of the night days for Nice after coming back from injury.
The 24-year-old missed last weekend’s game against Le Havre after sustaining a hamstring injury that could prevent him from playing for his club for more than four weeks.
After a scoreless first half, Moffi was introduced in the 72nd minute for Gaetan and he was able to make his inclusion count.
The Super Eagle opened the scoring from the spot kick and two minutes later, he latched on to a headed pass from Jeremie Boga to seal the victory.
He has now scored six goals and assisted two in 13 starts in the French Ligue 1.
