Alex Iwobi optimistic of improved Super Eagles show in AFCON 2025 qualifiers

Nigeria midfielder Alex Iwobi is confident the Super Eagles will secure a win in their upcoming CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Benin Republic in Uyo.
Iwobi believes the team is prepared to demonstrate their quality and commitment, leveraging their talent to achieve success.
“We have a lot to fight for and prove,” Iwobi told NFF.
“We know the quality in this team and need to showcase it consistently for Nigeria, as we do for our clubs. The fans expect a lot from us, and we expect a lot from ourselves.
“We’re determined to earn the points needed to qualify for the AFCON in Morocco.”
