Nigerian striker Asisat Oshoala is already setting a new personal record scoring in her most consecutive matches as she found the back of the net in sixth consecutive match in Barcelona 4-0 thrashing of Valencia on Wednesday.
The Super Falcons star, who celebrated her fourth year with the Catalans with 100 goals, following with a consecutive hat trick, was on target again to ensure the Spanish champions extended their unbeaten streak to 52.
Oshoala assisted Fridolina Rolfo for the first goal of the night in the third minute of the match before the Nigerian doubled the lead with a brilliant finish in the 15th minute.
Marta Torrejon make it three for the champions seven minutes later with an individual solo effort and the second saw a less tempo game as Barca looked to have done most of the task in the first half.
That will not stop them from adding to the chart with the fourth goal that was scored by Aitana Bonmati.
Oshoala who saw the entire 90 minutes of the match has now scored 14 goals and provided five assists this season. The 28 years old striker has equally increased her tally in Barca’s colours to 101 goals in 132 games.
