Bayelsa United’s Diepreye Teibowei vows not to disappoint fans against Dakkada

Technical adviser of the Bayelsa United Diepreye Teibowei has assured that his side will not disappoint their fans in their opening Nigeria Professional Football League game of the season against Dakkada on Sunday.
The Yenagoa based outfit will host Dakkada FC in their Group B opening fixture at the Samson Siasia Stadium and the gaffer is confident they can put smiles on the face of their supporters..
“We are going to win that is the expectation for every fan and that is our desire we have trained very so that come Sunday we don’t disappoint our fans,” Teibowei told media.
“It’s our first home game in the NPFL and that will give us a big boost if we win it. We had some injuries but most of them have recovered, we have a capable team of doing well.”
On his own part, team captain Gabriel Biriduba stressed on the readiness of his side to ground out the maximum points against their visitors from Uyo.
“The team is ready to tackle any club in the NPFL, we are united and we understand ourselves very well and we are ready to go all out.”
