Burna Boy set to thrill fans in Uefa Champions League final kickoff show

Burna Boy will be performing in Istanbul where the final is slated to take place alongside another amazing headliner.

In an official post on Thursday, March 16, the singer and performer confirmed that he will be performing some of his biggest hits at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey on June 10, 2023.

Accompanying the clip is a message that reads; ‘Big news! @burnaboy will be performing at the Champions League final in Istanbul alongside another amazing headliner! ’

Recall that the ‘African Giant’ as he is fondly called by fans recently performed at the NBA All-Star halftime show in Utah. He is now set to thrill over 74,000 fans in the finals of European football’s greatest showpiece.

The final in Istanbul will be the 68th season of Europe’s premier club football tournament organised by UEFA, and the 31st season since it was renamed from the European Champion Clubs’ Cup to the UEFA Champions League.
