Colombia 2024: Falconets foes Tanzania land in Nigeria for second leg

Tazania U20 women side have arrived Nigeria ahead of their second leg clash with the Falconets in Abuja.

The Super Falconets were forced to a 1-1 draw by the Tazanians in the first leg in Dares Salem.

The Tazanians left for Nigeria on Wednesday evening and arrived the country on Thursday to continue their preparation towards the second leg on Sunday, November 19 in Abuja.

Asnath Ubamba notched a 70th minute equalizer to cancel the Nigerian lead scored by Chioma Olise in the 57th minute.

The Falconets will be banking on their star players to get the job done on home soil.

The winner of the tie will progress to the next round of the U20 FIFA Women’s World qualifiers.
