Confluence Queens FC Reshuffle Technical Crew in Bid to Escape NWFL Relegation Battle

Confluence Queens FC have announced a major shake-up of their technical department as part of efforts to reposition the club in the ongoing Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) season.

Following an internal review of recent performances, the club has parted ways with Abu Manama and Abdul Muhammed.

In a swift response, Ojekunle Folabi has been appointed as the new Technical Adviser, while Okon Nsikakabasi and Esther Michael have taken up roles as Assistant Coaches I and II respectively.

Goalkeeper trainer Azzez has retained his position and will continue working with the team under the new technical setup.

With four matches already played this season and the relegation battle beginning to intensify, the newly assembled technical crew faces an immediate challenge.

Their task will be to stabilise performances, improve results, and guide Confluence Queens away from the drop zone as the campaign progresses.

The club expressed confidence that the changes will bring fresh ideas, renewed energy, and improved organisation to the squad, helping them regain competitiveness in the league.
