Doma United F.C delivered a commanding and authoritative performance to secure promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League, confirming their dominance in the Savannah Conference C of the 2025/2026 Nigeria National League season.

Nicknamed the Savannah Tigers, Doma United entered the decisive fixture fully aware that victory would mathematically guarantee their return to the top flight—and they rose to the occasion with a display defined by intent, discipline, and attacking precision.

They started brightly, dictating the tempo and pressing high up the pitch. Their early dominance paid off in the 29th minute when Gideon Chukwu opened the scoring, finishing off a well-worked attacking move that sent supporters into celebration.
