Domo Okara resigns as Bayelsa Queens technical adviser

Domo Okara has officially resigned as the technical adviser of Bayelsa Queens after leading the team to the 2023 Federation Cup title triumph.
Okara who was just appointed as the substantive Technical Adviser of the Prosperity Girls last year following the resignation of Moses Aduku from the club.
The 46-year-old had won the NWFL Premiership title twice with the Prosperity Girls including two Federation Cup titles and Betsy Obaseki Cup where they defeated Rivers Angels in the final via penalty shootout in 2021.
The ex-professional player took Bayelsa Queens to their first continental tournament as they won the Wafu B CAF Champions League in Ivory Coast in 2022 and eventually came third at the CAF Champions League in Morocco after beating Simba Queens 1-0 in the third place encounter.
Domo is a US-trained coach that has a flair for attacking players and love to build up play from the back to open up opponent defense and is reportedly set to Rivers Angels in a two-year deal worth almost a million naira monthly.
