Dozy Mmobousi reaffirms quest to takeover Sheffield United

Nigerian born UK businessman, Dozy Mmobousi has not given up on his desire to buy newly promoted English Premier League side, Sheffield United.
Mmobousi who is also a tech entrepreneur gave the reaffirmation in a tweet via his official handle that talks are still ongoing to take over the Blades as he intend to sustain his productive relationship with the “experts and professionals” hired for the purchase logistics.
“I wish to state categorically that I have not withdrawn my bid to acquire Sheffield United FC,” the founder of Dozy Mmobousi Foundation said.
“Beyond the £8.85 GBP paid to the United World, I will continue to work with the experts and professionals I hired to buy the club.”
The young businessman has had a “positive and constructive” meeting with Sheffield chairman Yusuf Giansiracusa and the CEO Stephen Bettis, with hopes of reaching a mutually beneficial outcome, especially bearing the fans in mind.
Mmobousi is not only expressing his love and interest in football in UK but also at the him front as his continuous investment in development of the sport in Nigeria. He has been sponsoring a money spinning preseason football tournament in collaboration with the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.
Mmobousi is investing over #1billion in the second edition of the Suowe Cup tournament.
