Ebenezer Akinsanmiro: Remo Stars youngster set for Inter Milan move

After months of scouting, Nigeria midfielder Ebenezer Akinsanmiro is on the verge of joining Serie A side Inter Milan, according to Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

Akinsanmiro has also been on the radar of Spanish and Portuguese sides Real Madrid and Benfica, that the Nerazzurri are on the verge of getting a deal following by a brilliant performance at a 2022 invitational tournament.

The 18-year-old stole the show at the prestigious Viareggio youth tournament in Italy, where he represented the U18 of the NPFL side called Alex Transfiguration FC. They finished as runners up to Sassuolo.

The team beat Fiorentina 6-2 at the latest Viareggio Cup, almost singlehandedly thanks to Akinsanmiro’s prodigious talent in the midfield.

He, however did enough to caught the attention of Italian Giants, Inter Milan and is expected to complete his move later this month.
