Edith Agoye talks up Sunshine Stars’ chances at NPFL Super Six playoffs

Technical Adviser of Sunshine Stars, Edith Agoye is confident of his side’s chances of making significant impact at the forthcoming Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL Super Six playoffs coming up next week.

The Owena Whales finished third in Group B after the conclusion of abridged football season and will be joining the like of Insurance FC, Remo Stars, Enyimba, Lobi Stars and Rivers United for the title winning playoffs.

Agoye who lauded the idea of choosing Lagos as center for the playoffs as it will provide a level playing ground for the participating teams assuring the club fans that Sunshine will give their best.

“Its good to have it (Super Six) in Lagos, there is a level playing field for all the six teams,” the tactician told Brace Radio.

“We will give our best to make sure we come out top,” he said.

Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos State is the venue for the Super Six playoffs scheduled to start on June 3rd.
