EPL: Van Nistelrooy confirms Ndidi available for Manchester United clash

Leicester City manager, Ruud Van Nistelrooy, has confirmed that Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi will be available for selection in their upcoming English Premier League (EPL) match against Manchester United.

The Foxes are set to face the Red Devils at Old Trafford on Friday night, and Ndidi’s return is a significant boost for the team.

The midfielder has not featured for Leicester City since sustaining a muscle injury in their 2-2 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion last December.

After returning to full training last week, Van Nistelrooy stated that Ndidi has had a solid week of preparation and will be part of the squad for the match.

“Wilf is fine, he had a great week of training, last week and this week. He’ll be part of the squad tomorrow,” the manager was quoted as saying on the club’s official website.
