Etim Esin backs Victor Boniface to paint German Bundesliga with goals

Former Nigeria international, Etim Esin has thrown his weight behind Victor Boniface to paint the German Bundesliga with goals.

The Super Eagles forward has continued from where he left off in the Belgian topfight after hitting top form for Bayer Leverkusen this season and won the Bundesliga Player of the month for August.

Esin is impressed with Boniface performance for Leverkusen despite joining them in the summer, banking on the Super Eagles striker to thrive in Germany with his pace and aggressive style of play.

“Boniface has distinguish himself in the Bundesliga with Bayer Leverkusen despite arriving the club this summer,” Esin told Complete Sports.

“He has painted the league with goals and will definitely thrive in the Bundesliga going by his hunger for goals.

“His aggressive nature and pace makes it difficult for opponent to mark.”

Leverkusen tops the Bundesliga table with ten points from four matches and will face Heidenheim on Sunday, September 24.
