2023 Federation Cup: Ingas FC boss Kingsley Obiekwu eyes Plateau United upset

Head coach of Ingas FC, Kingsley Obiekwu is confident his side could upset Plateau United in the Round of 16 of the 2023 Federation Cup.
Despite been the underdog in the encounter, the Enugu based Nigeria Nationwide League One side will face an uphill task going up against the former Nigeria Premier Football League champions in Abuja.
And the tactician expects a tough showdown, while backing his ‘underdog’ side to pull off a stunning performance.
“It’s going to be a great encounter. Coming into this game we are the underdogs but we have one believe that has been our faith. The boys are in high spirits to see how far we can go on this journey,” quoted by Silver News.
“When I came back from UK after my coaching course, Ingas was the first club I worked with. This crop of players have the spirit and determination. From Ingas my career was propelled.
“This club have been so good to me and I have a good relationship with the management and coaches. Ingas over the years have developed players and give them a chance abroad.”
Ingas FC will battle Plateau United in Abuja as both teams eye a place in the last eight of the Federation Cup.
