FIFA U20 World Cup: Ladan Bosso boasts of well-planned tactics to defeat Argentina

Head coach of the Nigeria U20 national team, Ladan Bosso says his boys’ impressive outing against FIFA U20 World Cup hosts Argentina was a well-planned masterclass.
The Flying Eagles crushed their opponent with a 0-2 win in the round of 16 to qualify for the quarter-finals at San Juan on Wednesday night.
Ibrahim Muhammad opened the scoring with a calm finish just after the hour mark before two super-subs, Victor Eletu, and Rilwanu Sarki, combined effectively to seal a famous win over Argentina at a global showpiece.
“We need to appreciate what God has done for us,” Bosso said.
“With what we have seen (in Argentina), in terms of organization, I think FIFA is doing a very good job.
“We had a game plan for Argentina and we stuck to the plan and we got it right.”
