FIFA Yemisi Akintoye has been chosen for the 2023 African Ladies’s Champions League happening in Cote d’Ivoire from fifth November to nineteenth November, 2023.
The UNILAG Graduate arbiter was one of many 17 Referees shortlisted throughout Africa and one of many 12 chosen after an intensive one week pre-tournament course.
Miss Akintoye shall be officiating on the match alongside Salma Musaganda of Rwanda who was the primary Africa Lady Referee to officiate on the males’s World Cup.
FIFA Yemisi Akintoye was badged as a FIFA Referee in 2021 and she or he has been at a number of worldwide competitions which embody WAFU Ladies Champion’s League, Aisha Buari Match amongst others.
