Folsa Academy land in Morocco for World School Football Championship

Nigeria’s representative, FOSLA Football Academy have arrived Rabat, Morocco in readiness for the 2023 World Schools Football Championship.
The first batch of the contingent comprised 16 players, two officials of the Academy and an official from the Board of Nigeria School Sports Federation, NSSF arrived Rabat in the early hours Saturday.
FOSLA, who are in the tournament by virtue of winning the revived Principal’s Cup organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development are paired in Group C alongside hosts Morocco, Peru and Czech Republic.
Proprietor of the FOSLA Academy, Alhaji Sani Lulu Abdullahi appreciated the Federal Government through its various Agencies for giving the boys the opportunity to participate in the World tournament adding that it will enable the boys to showcase their talents to the world.
Alhaji Lulu who is also former NFF President was full of praises to the administration of the Federal Capital Territory for agreeing to sponsor the team to the tournament, the Nigeria Football Federation for kitting the team, and the Nigeria School Sports Federation.
He promised that with the quality of players in the team, the boys will make Nigeria proud at the end of the day.
Five other officials awaiting visas, will depart the country on Monday 24th of July to Rabat, Morocco as the championship runs from 24th to 30th July.
