Former coach of Nigeria’s senior men’s national team, Daniel Amokachi has resigned from his role as Lobi Stars Technical Adviser.
The resignation came after a 1-1 draw with Katsina United in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
The result have left the Makurdi based side in dicey position on the log being in bottom spot with 22 points from 24 games.
It has been a torrid season for the team with a win from their last nine games.
The bad patch of form include five losses and three draws without a win in 2025.
Amokachi’s Assistant coach, Tar Akombo is expected to act on interim basis.
The team will visit Ibadan Ibadan to face Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) during their midweek fixture.
