Gbenga Elegbeleye committed to improved positive NPFL awareness

Chairman of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), Gbenga Elegbeleye, has shared his optimism about enhancing the league’s image and ensuring a safer, more engaging experience for fans.

Elegbeleye reiterated the NPFL’s commitment to educating club communication officers and other officials through a series of workshops aimed at improving day-to-day operations and promoting proactive safety measures.

“We are investing in workshops for Media Directors, Chief Security Officers, and Chairmen of Club Supporters to ensure we have a better season,” Elegbeleye said.

“We want families to feel confident bringing their children to matches, knowing they will be safe and that their time and money are well spent.”

The new NPFL season is set to kick off on Sunday, August 31st.
