Nigeria-eligible Arsenal’s Cam’ron Ismail joins Uxbridge FC on Loan

By Oluwadamilola Olaleye

Nigeria-eligible Cam’ron Ismail has secured a youth loan move to Southern League Premier South side Uxbridge FC, where he will remain until the end of December 2025, Arsenal FC confirmed.

The 19-year-old defender, who joined Arsenal’s academy in December 2021, has steadily progressed through the club’s youth ranks and signed his first professional contract in July 2025.

Ismail is set to join his new teammates immediately and will begin preparations for Uxbridge’s upcoming fixture against Weymouth on Saturday, November 29. The club wished him well, expressing optimism about his continued development during the loan spell, which is subject to standard regulatory approval.

Born in London, Ismail is eligible to represent Nigeria and Egypt internationally. The Egyptian Football Association appears to be leading the race for his allegiance, having previously invited him to train with their U19 squad.
