He never stops’ — Danilo D’Ambrosio extols Victor Osimhen’s qualities

Italian fullback Danilo D’Ambrosio joins a pool of experts to sing Victor Osimhen’s praises following his red-hot form for Napoli this season.
The 24-year-old has scored 25 goals and registered four assists in 29 games across all competitions for the Partenopei this season and currently tops the Serie A scorer chart and is on course to winning the Scudetto for his team, their first in 33 years.
D’Ambrosi who has been one of Inter Milan’s most consistent defenders all season has described Osimhen as a great striker, stressing thatthe Nigeria international makes defenders uncomfortable as he is unmarkable in front of goal.
“Great striker, he has hunger, desire, he never stops. For defenders, he makes you uncomfortable,” D’Ambrosio told Tuttomercatoweb.
“The underlying numbers say it, Napoli are strong. We thought we were a strong team but the ups and downs didn’t allow us to hang on to Napoli.”
The league leaders have garnered a total of 71 points after 27 Serie A games.
