Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, widely known as Odumodublvck, has enlisted the support of football legend John Mikel Obi in the promotion of his highly anticipated album, INDUSTRY MACHINE.

This collaboration comes shortly after Odumodublvck stirred up a storm among football fans with his bold claim of being the greatest Nigerian footballer of all time.

The Abuja-born artist, renowned for his chart-topping tracks like “Declan Rice”, “BLOOD ON THE DANCE FLOOR”, and “DOG EAT DOG II”, has been gathering support from some of football’s biggest names to hype his upcoming album.

Obi Mikel, the Super Eagles and Chelsea legend, recently joined the list of endorsers, adding significant star power to the project.

The partnership between Odumodublvck and Mikel Obi follows an encounter at Anfield during Liverpool’s crucial UEFA Champions League second-leg clash against Paris Saint-Germain.

During the match, Mikel met with Liverpool defenders Virgil Van Dijk and Joe Gomez, where Van Dijk gifted Odumodublvck a Liverpool jersey. In return, the rapper presented Van Dijk with a shirt promoting his album, INDUSTRY MACHINE.

Odumodublvck shared a celebratory video on his X account, showcasing Mikel wearing a shirt with the bold message “THE MACHINE IS COMING.” In the video, Mikel is heard saying, “The machine is coming. Apparently, it’s here now,” further fueling the excitement surrounding the album.

In the post’s caption, Odumodublvck affectionately referred to Mikel Obi as “THE ONLY OBI I KNOW IS ‘JOHN’ MIKEL OBI,” reinforcing his admiration for the football icon.

The rapper has previously called Mikel Obi the “greatest Nigerian footballer of all time,” cementing the bond between music and football in this unique promotional collaboration.
