Super Eagles midfielder, John Ogu, expressed his joy as Israeli club Hapoel Beer-Sheva secured their third consecutive Israeli Premier League title. Despite a 1-0 defeat at home to Maccabi Tel Aviv, Hapoel Beer-Sheva sealed the championship as their closest competitor, Beitar Jerusalem, managed only a 3-3 draw at Bnei Yehuda.

The victory marks a significant achievement for Hapoel Beer-Sheva, who have accumulated 74 points from 34 matches, securing a seven-point lead over Beitar Jerusalem.
