Jose Peseiro anticipates ‘difficult’ Africa Cup of Nations campaign with Nigeria

Jose Peseiro, head Coach of Nigeria’s men national team has predicted a tougher African Cup of Nations campaign  where every participating countries are expected to give their all to win it.

The Portuguese manager will lead the West Africa a team to the AFCON tourney for the first time with the Super Eagles and is hoping to make a memorable and successful one.

However, the Super Eagles handler insists he is ready to do all he can to help Nigeria claim the glory.

“I expect a strong and difficult competition in the upcoming African Cup of Nations and the teams are all distinguished and want to win the competition,” Peseiro told media.

The Super Eagles will kick start their quest to win their fourth AFCON title on 14th of January against Equatorial Guinea before facing the host Ivory Coast in the second match and Guinea Bissau in the final group match.
