Justine Madugu set to sign new contract as Super Falcons Head Coach — NFF

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is set to has confirm that a new contract agreement has been reached with Nigeria’s senior women’s national team head coach, Justin Madugu.

According to Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi, the terms of the deal have been finalized, with the coach expected in Abuja soon to officially sign the new contract.

Speaking on Wednesday night to journalist Osasu Obayiuwana, Sanusi said:

“The terms of the new contract have been agreed. The coach, who lives in Adamawa State, has to come to Abuja to sign it and we are expecting him soon, as he has to prepare for this month’s 2026 WAFCON qualifier against Benin.”

Madugu, who has been in charge of the Super Falcons since 2024, is expected to continue leading the team as Nigeria begins its qualification campaign for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).

The Super Falcons will face Benin Republic later this month as they aim to secure another continental ticket and continue their impressive form on the African stage.
