Lagos State Football Association Elections: Candidates to be screened on Monday

Candidates vying for different positions in the Lagos State Football Association elections will be screened on Monday May 15 at the FA secretariat by the electoral committee.
The screening exercise have been fixed for 9am at the Lagos FA office, no 149 Ogunlana drive, Surulere.
Former President Nigeria Football Referee Association and two time Lagos FA Vice chairman, Otunba Tade Azeez from Lagos Central senatorial district and businessman Fouad Oki from Lagos West Senatorial district are vying for the Chairmanship position of the Lagos FA.
The vice chairman position is been contested by the founder of 36 Lion FC, Gafar Liameed and the technical director of Lagos FA, Dotun Coker. Both candidates come from the Lagos West Senatorial District.
14 candidates will be seeking to be screened to contest the position of board members in the Lagos FA and they are George Ajibola, Tunde Tinubu, Yusuf Fashola, Damilare Orimoloye, Enitan Adebanjo, Abdullahi Mikai and Idris Akanji.
Others are, Olusegun Olawale, Adeoye Afeez, Jimoh Adeleye, Sonibare Abdul, Mojeed Adegbindi and Onadeko Adekeye.
Yemisi Cole and Modinat Ogunfuwa are the candidates seeking for clearance for the post of head of women’s football in Lagos State.
The screening have been scheduled to start by 9am.
