Macleans Chinonyerem nets sixth league goal as Lokomotiv returns to winning ways

Lokomotiv Moscow returned to winning ways with a 3-0 win against FK Krylya Sovetov Samara with Nigeria forward, Macleans Chinonyerem on the goal scorers sheet on Saturday.
After a 1-0 loss to Zenit St. Petersburg last time out, the former Leczna forward opened the scoring as early as in the seventh minute before Anna Kozhnikova doubled the lead for the host in the 27th minute.
Yana Sheina converted the third goal of the match for Lokomotiv Moscow in the 39th minute to put the game beyond the reach of the visitors.
Chinonyerem received the Player Of The Match prize after the game for her superb performance.
The goal increased Chinonyerem’s tally to six from six league games for Lokomotiv Moscow.
Lokomotiv Moscow occupy the third position on the log with 15 points after six games but they remain three points behind leaders, CSKA Moscow and Zenit St. Petersburg both with 18 points.
