Napoli legend Guiseppe Osvaldo reveals Victor Osimhen admiration after great jump

Former Napoli forward Guiseppe Osvaldo could not hide his admiration for Victor Osimhen’s striking qualities.
Osimhen has continued to hug the headlines since the start of the season, notably become a subject of discussion following a remarkable jump at 258cm to score a header against Spezia on Sunday.
The jump which beat Cristiano Ronaldo record of 256cm against Sampdoria in 2019 and Osvaldo admitted that he sees himself in Osimhen,while admiring the Nigerian star’s great leap and perfect timing for headers.
“Did I see myself again in Osimhen’s header against Spezia? Well a little, but the Nigerian is very good,” the Napoli legend to Tutto Napoli.
“He knows how to find the perfect timing for the headers. He has great elevation, it didn’t surprise me, we’re used to these goals by now.
“Osimhen has incredible qualities, he manages to break evenly, a rare thing. He’s already a complete striker, he has good technique, and speed, he has time in the header.
“And he can still improve in the game with his back to goal when the opponents rely on him. He’s still very young he can only get better, he will become one of the strongest in the world.”
The Super Eagles forward has notched in 16 goals in 17 Serie A matches to top the highest goal scorer chart as he’s been chased closely by fellow Nigerian, Ademola Lookman on 14 goals.
Napoli seats comfortable at the top of the Italian Serie A with 56 points from 21 matches as they have a 13 points lead over second place Inter Milan who are on 43 points.
The Partenopei will play host to Cremonese on the 12th of February 2023 at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
