Nelly Ekeh: Nigeria goalkeeper joins RAM Kamara FC in Sierra Leone

Nigeria junior international goalkeeper, Ekeh Nelly have completed her switch to Sierra Leone women’s league side, RAM Kamara FC.

The Club unveiled the save hands on their social media pages this week as they prepare for the league campaign.

Nelly last played for Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) side, Ibom Angels during the President Federation Cup in 2023.

A key member of Sunshine Queens team that played top flight football in the NWFL years back, Nelly is taking another step in her career in Sierra Leone.

She grew from the ranks as U-17 to U-20 women’s national team goalkeeper.

Nelly was part of the Falconets side that reached the quarter final of the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Costa Rica.

The goalie has been out of action for some times and hope to relaunch her career away from Nigeria.
