Nigeria blow as Victor Osimhen suffer injury in Napoli training

Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen has been injured while training for the Partenopei ahead of the new season.
The former Lille goal poacher is known for his athleticism, elite finishing traits and strength.
The Nigeria striker injured his knee in what will be a big blow Napoli as the Serie A will start in less than ten days.
Reports say the injury might be a lengthy one which will see the 24-year-old to miss the start of the league campaign.
The Partenopei are yet to make an official announcement regarding the injury sustained by their star forward.
The Super Eagles forward was a monster in front of goal last season as he scored 26 goals to scoop home the highest goal scorer gong and helped Napoli to clinch the Scudetto title after a 33 years wait.
Osimhen was linked to a lucrative money spinning deal to Bayern Munich, Manchester United and the Saudi Arabia league but he stayed put in Napoli for the 2023/2024 season.
