“The league will kick off on the 26th of April as approved by the Congress of the NLO with preparation in place,” Ogunowo told Brila FM.
“The pre-competition medical assessment for all players has been concluded over the weekend except for some few clubs due to the discretion of the doctors in charge.
“The insurance of all the players will be done as well as stated in our rules and regulations. As we are playing stadium league this year, we are going to live stream all the matches across the six geo-political zones.
“At the same time, we are looking forward to unveiling a new sponsor anytime this month before we kick off the season. There are a few sponsors on board and we plan to do the unveiling before the season opener.”
