Nigeria midfielder Christy Ucheibe has been named to the Best XI of the BPI League for the 2023/2024 season in Portugal.

Her inclusion highlights her outstanding performance throughout the season.

Ucheibe was one of seven SL Benfica players honored in the Best XI, alongside Carole Costa, Lucia Alves, Andreia Faria, Andreia Norton, Kika Nazareth, and Beatriz Cameirão.

Her pivotal role was instrumental in SL Benfica’s success, as the team claimed all available titles in Portuguese women’s football this season.

Beyond domestic success, SL Benfica reached the Round of 16 in the UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL) and is in contention for a spot in the 2024/2025 UWCL, further showcasing their prominence in European women’s football.
