NPFL: Lobi Stars extend coach Eugene Agagbe deal

Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side, Lobi Stars have extended the contract of their head coach, Eugene Agagbe.
Agagbe whose contract ended after the 2023/2024 campaign has signed a two-year deal with the Makurdi based side.
The new deal meant that barring unforseen circumstances, Agagbe will stay with the team until 2026.
The Club’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dominic Iorfa after the contract extension said the decision to keep the coach aligns with the goals of the team to achieve lofty height next season.
Agagbe asserted that he is happy to renew his contact and pledged not to disappoint on the opportunity given to him.
He expressed confidence with the caliber of players that will prosecute the 2024/2025 football season.
The gaffer said that his decision to acquire the services of grassroots players is to complete the vision of the Club to expose the players at the global stage.
Agagbe led Lobi Stars to sixth placed finish at the end of the 2023/2024 NPFL season.
