NPFL: Mbwas Mangut reflects on benefits of Plateau United beating Remo Stars in Jos

Technical Adviser of Plateau United, Mbwas Mangut, believes that beating Remo Stars in the Matchday 31 of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) encounter will give his team added impetus to strive for greatness.
The Tin City club ground out a 1-0 win over their visitors from Ikenne thanks to Sunday Anthony’s lone strike in the second half.
“We are pleased with the win. It will boost our confidence and morale for the remaining matches,” Mangut said.
Mangut noted that the victory was also a positive response to their last Matchday against Rivers United, which ended in a big loss.
“The reactions showed that Plateau United is regaining our unity as a team. The result will make us focus on the remaining matches of the NPFL, and we do hope to make them count positively for us,”
“Every point is crucial at this stage, and we are determined to fight for each one,” he added.
Plateau United has now climbed to fourth on the NPFL log with 50 points from 31 games.
