NPFL: Meremu Okara sets sight on Niger Tornadoes after Remo Stars loss

Bayelsa United coach, Meremu Okara has set his sights on his side next match against Niger Tornadoes after the loss to Remo Stars in Ikenne.

The Yenagoa’s side couldn’t sustain their recent away win against Akwa United at Ikenne as they fell to the Sky Blue Stars through a Adams Olamilekan second strike.

Okara commended the doggedness and determination of his players and charged them to bring their A game on against Tornadoes in Yenagoa.

“Well done guys, not the result we wanted but we must commend your doggedness and determination,” Okara told Bayelsa United media.

“We return home to prepare for the next game against Niger Tornadoes at the Samson Siasia Stadium next week.”

Bayelsa United are three points above the drop zone with 27 points from 23 matches.
