Plateau United have bolstered their squad ahead of the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season with the signing of Bayelsa United captain, Tarabina Biweribo.
The experienced central defender has penned a two-year deal with the Jos-based side, bringing leadership and solidity to the Peace Boys’ backline.
Biweribo is well known for his defensive prowess and trademark long throw-ins, which offer a unique attacking option for his new team.
All formalities have been completed, and the club is expected to officially unveil the former Bayelsa United skipper in the coming days.
His arrival is seen as a key addition to Plateau United’s ambitions for a stronger campaign in the upcoming NPFL season.
