NPFL: Rangers snap Tornadoes’ hit man, Bashir Usman for two-year deal

Reigning Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL champions, Enugu Rangers have secured the services of talented Niger Tornadoes’ speed star, Bashir Usman, Nigeriafootball.ng reports. 

Usman signed a two year deal with the Flying Antelopes after seeing out his contact with the Ikon Allah Boys at the end of last season. 

Rangers described the arrival of the young attacker as needed as key to their aspirations to defend the league title excel on the continent. 

Usman who has some points played for Plateau United expressed his delight to be in Enugu and identified as an ‘Antelope’ as he’s hoping to contribute his best to make the club retain its recent glories.

“It’s a great deal for me to find myself in Enugu to contribute my quota towards helping Rangers do well in the league and on the continent. 

“I strongly believe that with the quality players I met on ground, we shall make our fans and supporters happy at the end of the season,” he said. 

The arrival of Usman to Enugu Rangers swell the number of their new signings to 12 in the current transfer window.
